SEARCH for the most appropriate candidates and execute preliminary reference check.

MEET with the client to recommend a short list of candidates.

ASSIST and support the client and the candidates during the interview phase, the final selection, and during employment negotiations.

ASSIST and support the client and the selected candidate for the first twelve months of employment to ensure a smooth and problem-free transition.

OUR GUARANTEE: If the selected candidate is dismissed for performance reasons within the first twelve months of employment, RAYMOND EXECUTIVE SEARCH will begin a new search at no extra fee. The firm requires only that out of pocket expenses be reimbursed.
