JEAN RAYMOND received his degree from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales at the University of Montreal. He began his career in 1976 and has been working as an executive recruiter for 20 years. Prior to establishing his private practice, he held the position of Managing Director for 8 years and was responsible for operations in Quebec for an executive recruiting firm of international renown and also one of the largest in Canada. His private practice is comprised of research services for Senior Executives, Board Members as well as consultations in matters of corporate governance. Mr. Raymond has advised businesses in both the private and public sectors. His assignments have been based mainly in North America and Europe. His extensive knowledge of the recruitment industry combined with a comprehensive network of contacts help to provide access to the best sources for potential candidates, as well as accelerate the search process and consequently reduce costs to the client. Known for her commitment to performance, Brigitte has over 20 years of tangible achievements behind her with leading North American and European organizations as a senior manager, board member and expert consultant for strategic planning, development and restructuring projects. Her business projects have led to her develop strong skills in assessing growth opportunities, improving performance and translating a vision into action, as well as managing and motivating hundreds of individuals in contexts of change management or continuous improvement. Her skills are based on business strategy, operations management and planning, as well as marketing, sales and distribution management, not to mention an in-depth knowledge of the client experience. However, Brigitte knows that human capital is a key factor in the success of any company. She understands that selecting the right resources, motivating them by defining clear objectives and valuing their talent accelerates the implementation of action plans and delivery of a company’s strategic orientations.

ALEXANDRE RAYMOND completed his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations at l’Université de Montréal and began a challenging career in Strategic Human Resources implementation and SAP. His project and consulting experience have allowed him to develop strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. His ability to adapt to different working environments has increased his interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in high-pressure settings.
Alexandre’s knowledge of strategy allows him to approach business opportunities and relations, at both regional and international levels, with presence and leadership. Furthermore, in the context of project and program deliveries, he is adept in business development, planning, business process optimization and systems technology. Alexandre has long demonstrated an interest in community and charity work, and continues to be an active member in several organizations.

LORI DERMER is a graduate of McGill University with more than 18 years of senior corporate experience. In 1990, she joined the management team at Pier One Imports, a Tier 1 retailer with more than 800 stores, where she received and applied extensive training in a variety of planning and supervisory roles. She then leveraged and expanded this experience on the vendor side of the retail industry by accepting a position with STS Systems/NSB Group, a global provider of advanced IT solutions for retailers. Her progressive responsibilities there over the next 15 years involved the management and planning of professional services, sales, marketing, and human resources, plus extensive liaison with C- and other executive-level professionals at leading private and public companies in Canada and the US. With this background, Lori has developed proven skills as a commanding influencer and expert facilitator. She is adept at quickly solving complex business challenges by clearly defining the needs, values, and expectations of project stakeholders, then meeting them by identifying and applying the most appropriate resources. Equally important, her passion for working with people enables her to approach every Executive Search project with great enthusiasm and dedication. JEAN GAUDRY is a graduate in Arts from the Université de Montréal. The first fifteen years of him career brought him to manage important international sales and marketing teams in raw materials and natural resources such as nonferrous metals. This led him to senior positions in marketing for major corporations in the fields of office furniture as well as commodities such as sugar and newsprint. Having lived in a number of major cities, including London, England, he has acquired a firsthand knowledge of international trade.
He has been active in recruitment and executive search for more than fifteen years. His first-hand understanding of business issues and challenges enabled him to handle successfully senior assignments in a broad variety of functions in manufacturing and service industries. Clients recognize his ability to understand the commercial, operational and marketing stakes for companies in expansion.
Mr Gaudry has been a member of the Board of Directors and President of the Governance Committee of the orchestra I MUSICI de Montréal. He is actively involved in the Montreal chapter of the American Marketing Association.

NATALIE HOTTE has worked as an executive assistant since 1996 and has held positions of increasing responsibilities, most recently as executive assistant to the President of an international pharmaceutical company. With Raymond Executive Search, Ms. Hotte is the assistant to the President and is the office coordinator; she also supports other team members in the management of files while providing autonomous administrative support. Natalie is an accomplished executive assistant with more than 10 years of experience; her skills and effectiveness provide her with the capacity to work in challenging work environments that depend on her professionalism and experience.
